Sahara Teen Boyleg underwear has your daughter covered on heavy, moderate, and super light flow days, so she can focus on her day, and have one less thing to worry about.
With an absorbency of up to 20ml (Heavy Absorbency), you can wear it for as long as you would typically wear four pads or tampons. For most girls, this is enough to get them through a day at school, or for a full night’s sleep without having to get up to change.

Include in your next machine delicate wash (using a delicates wash bag will help protect your underwear). After washing, let it dry completely, and it’s ready to wear again. It’s as simple as that!

Choosing the correct size for your Sahara period underwear is key to ensuring comfort and maximum effectiveness. Rather than simply selecting your usual size and hoping it fits correctly, we recommend taking hip and waist measurements. Follow the instructions provided below and check your measurements with our size guide.
For accurate measurements, remove your outer clothing and stand with your feet together. The tape measure should be snug and even, but not too tight.
Hips: Find the fullest part of your hips – this is where you’ll want to measure. Wrap a measuring tape around this area, ensuring it’s straight and snug.
Waist: Your waist is the slimmest part of your torso. Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, again ensuring it’s straight and snug.
If there is a difference between the sizes indicated by your hip and waist measurements, we generally advise choosing the size suggested by your hip measurement.

After use, rinse your pants until the water runs clear – in the sink, in the shower, it’s up to you!
Put your rinsed Sahara pants in the washing machine with similar, dark-coloured garments and wash at 30 to 40 degrees. You can use detergents with your Sahara pants but not fabric conditioner, as this can reduce the absorbency of the pants over time.
Sahara pants can also be hand-washed.
Air dry your Sahara pants outside on the line or indoors in a warm, dry space – it’s up to you.
