Weekly Lessons – Every week you will be provided a lesson crucial to healing your PCOS. Build new habits that will become second nature to you. You won’t believe how easy it really is! Accountability – a hands-on, friendly coach that wants to be there for you as much as possible. With access to a personal number, you can count on your coach at any time.
You’ll learn: Nutrition – You’ll learn a flexible, lifestyle “no-diet” approach to food through Meal planning, Portion control, and Mindful eating. Healthy Lifestyle – You’ll learn how to deal with out-of-control stress, negative thought patterns, and bad sleeping habits so you feel confident and relaxed in your body. Exercise – You’ll learn the best exercise for PCOS and how to manage your hormones.
It is no secret that PCOS is best treated with lifestyle changes rather than medication, and one of the key areas that healthcare professionals look at is weight and diet.
If an overweight woman with PCOS can reduce her weight by just 5% this will have a positive effect on the hormonal imbalance and insulin levels. This is in turn will impact her menstrual cycle, ovulation, and chances of getting pregnant, along with alleviating other PCOS side effects.
